Vivek Sistla works with Unilever as Head of R&D for Beauty & Wellbeing SEA and Global Pond’s. He is about Site Leader for the cross-functional Regional R&D Hub at Bangkok. He has over 20 years of experience in R&D across multiple product categories and geographies, having done roles covering Asia, Europe and Africa markets.

His expertise areas are in Product and Packaging design and scale-up, Consumer insights, and practical Sustainable solutions. He has been involved in several collaborative and Open Innovation projects with external partners and academic institutions. He has represented Unilever on several industry associations and private-public initiatives.

He is passionate about sustainability, health & wellness, people capability development, and collaborative eco-systems.
