Dr. Theeraya Krisdaphong

Hold a strong passion in herbal ingredients for health/beauty and sustainable development. 12+years in extraction in health and wellness at Specialty Natural Products and Specialty Innovation with background in chemistry and MBA in finance. I extended my science expertise with PhD. in Biotech Pharmaceutical Sciences on co-research at CMU x Chiba Univeristy x Bionorica SE, Germany. Under my entrepreneurial management, the Company established strong business in Southeast Asia, China, and few European countries and conduct Sustainable sourcing by reaching out to local farmer in Thailand. Currently a President of Society of Cosmetic Chemist Thailand (SCCT), invited lecturer, and the Thai representative at International Federation of Societies of Cosmetic Chemists (IFSCC).

Dhitaya Thanomwong is a recognized expert in packaging development & design, innovation, and sustainability, with over 30 years of experience leading global initiatives for brands such as Johnson & Johnson, Unilever and Colgate-Palmolive. She has driven packaging strategies for personal care, home care, and cosmetic products across the Asia-Pacific region—delivering solutions that combine functionality, aesthetics, and environmental responsibility.

Dhitaya is known for advancing circular design, material innovation, and sustainable supply chain practices. She works closely with marketing and design teams to create packaging that enhances both brand identity and the consumer experience.

Since 2014, she has served as a guest lecturer at Kasetsart University, teaching global cosmetic and luxury packaging development strategy with a focus on design thinking, materials, and sustainable technologies.

With a collaborative and inclusive leadership style, Dhitaya has built and led cross-functional teams in Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, the Philippines, Turkey, and Australia. Today, she continues to inspire the industry as a mentor, speaker, and strategic advisor—championing ethical and sustainable packaging as a key driver of innovation and brand value in the beauty and personal care world.

Mr. Xie Yizhang has 20 years’ experience in Cosmetics technical area. He joined Mary Kay (China) in 2010 and now serves as Senior Manager, Technical Services and Commercialization to lead Packaging Development, Formula Transfer, Process Development and Stability Analysis in AP region.
