He draws on his inter-disciplinary background and experience of over three decades in the personal care, cosmetic and medical device industry. Pramote Dechaboonsiripanich or Khun Mote had worked for Proctor & Gamble for 15 years heading various Finance and Accounting units across the Asia Pacific. He had assumed the Chief Financial Officer role at P&G Thailand, Myanmar, and Laos country cluster during 2013-2017. Previously, he was the Finance Director of Skin and Personal Care for Asia Pacific based in Singapore. In his last assignment before joining PAÑPURI, he had been on a broadening assignment in Sales taking care of P&G Traditional Trade Channel (4bn THB in revenue size) during 2017-18.
Since joining PAÑPURI in 2018, Khun Pramote has worked with the private equity investor and the founders to transform business and organization. Apart from his voluntary roles as President of the CTFAS and Board Member of the ASEAN Cosmetic Association, Andrew is Managing Director of Toshiki International Singapore – a Japanese CDMO which designs, develops and manufactures Medical Devices. His expertise and areas of interests include design thinking, new product development, innovation strategies, personal care products, medical devices, manufacturing and sustainability issues for the Industry.
Dr Preecha-korn received his Master Degree in Management and a PhD in Polymer Engineering from Bradford University in the United Kingdom. He started his career with Unilever in the UK and followed a career path with Unilever for 25 years on international assignments to the Philippines, Ghana, China, Turkey and Bangladesh. He has been involved in Supply Chain, Project Management and Innovations before returning to Thailand in 2004 to take up the position as Regulatory Affairs Counsellor, Unilever Asia PTE.
Since returning to Thailand, Dr Suvanaphen has worked with ASEAN Regulators to set up a Harmonised Cosmetic Regulations for 10 ASEAN Countries. He has served as Secretary of the ASEAN Cosmetic Committee and a President of the ASEAN Cosmetics Association.
In addition, Dr Suvanaphen was a member of Thai FDA Cosmetic Committee, and a Vice Chairman of Thai FDA Liaison Committee. He was also a part-time lecturer on International Business Management at Mahidol University. He is currently an Honorary Adviser of Thai Cosmetic Manufacturers Association, and the Adviser to the Chemical Group and Cosmetics Group of the Federation of Thai Industries.
Jocelyn has current strategic leadership role over the country’s business lines in Consumer and Retail (CRS), Minerals, and GIS in SGS Philippines.
Jocelyn’s mission includes strategic management of the assigned business lines with major focus in achieving healthy and sustainable financial performance, aligned with corporate commitments on operational excellence and operational integrity, and achieving or sustaining market leadership.
She had taken various strategic leadership roles for about 34 years in SGS in several industries namely agriculture, mining, fertilizer, consumer goods and retail, food, electronics and electrical, apparel, and hardgoods, industrial among others between 1997 to date. Her extensive strategic and business management roles in SGS and in various industries exposed her in major competencies of the company, i.e. testing, inspection, verification, certification, audit, and training between 1996 to date.
During her over 25-year career in the analytical laboratory business within SGS, she has developed analytical laboratory expertise, aligned with ISO 17025 requirements and had been instrumental in pioneering the laboratory testing business in the country. Jocelyn was involved in the operation and strategic management of a multi-disciplinary laboratory that serviced several business sectors – food, agriculture, minerals and coal, environment, and consumer products.
Juanita Aditiawan is the President of ASEAN Cosmetics Association and Vice President in charge of External Affairs and Business Development of Indonesian Cosmetics Association (PERKOSMI). She is active in cosmetics business in Indonesia ranging from own brands, contract manufacturing as well as distribution of cosmetics ingredients. She has developed large international as well as national network in the industry during her 20 years of experience.
My lifetime experience and expertise covers a span of more than 30 years in the cosmetic industry through joint-ventures, both in Malaysia and China. Leading these companies in the research, innovation and manufacturing of personal care, toiletries, makeup and skincare cosmetics to serve our most valued brand customers, is a continuous source of learning, achievement and satisfaction.
The Intercosmetic was founded through a joint-venture and technology partnership with a world renowned Italian and Swiss cosmetic group. We were the first and only cosmetic OEM in South-East Asia and China serving Italian and Swiss cosmetic innovation, products, OEM and B2B services to brands and private label owners.

He has over 20 years of experience in R&D across multiple product categories and geographies, having done roles covering Asia, Europe and Africa markets.
His expertise areas are in Product and Packaging design and scale-up, Consumer insights, and practical Sustainable solutions. He has been involved in several collaborative and Open Innovation projects with external partners and academic institutions. He has represented Unilever on several industry associations and private-public initiatives.
He is passionate about sustainability, health & wellness, people capability development, and collaborative eco-systems.
Khun Montira Pornprasit graduated with bachelor degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, from Chulalongkorn University, and advanced her master’s degree in business management at NIDA (National Institute of Development Administration)
Khun Montira has begun her career in the cosmetics industry since her graduation. Her profession emphasizes on research development of both formulations and packaging.
With her 14-year tenure at Milott has made an improvement in several areas, such as skin care, hair care, personal care, color cosmetics, dietary supplements, medical devices, production process, production capacity expansion, and quality.
At present Khun Montira works as Technical Director at Milott. Profoundly focus on the cosmetic formulation and packaging development in sustainable theme of current demanding customer trends including sustainably sourced ingredients, energy & water saving manufacturing process, recyclable packaging. etc
Joanna Liu, graduated from Wuhan University in 1999, and joined UDN Packaging Corporation more than 15 years, working as a head of Customer service and Shipping management.
She has lots of experience in this field, and a very good understanding of manufacturing, process, shipping, etc very well, and is good at the communication with the customers.
