Mr. Thant Zaw Ko is a prominent corporate leader and expert in the cosmetics and FMCG industries in Myanmar. He spearheads a leading Myanmar-based manufacturer that produces skincare, toiletries, and household products under license from Cosmecreate Items Inc. (Osaka, Japan). With over a decade of experience as a visiting lecturer at the University of Yangon, he is deeply committed to education and innovation. He also holds key industry leadership roles, serving as Vice President of the Myanmar Cosmetics Association and President of GS1 Myanmar, while driving regional collaboration within the ASEAN cosmetics sector.

Ms.Janina Gutierrez Tan

Dr. Janina Gutierrez Tan is the President of the Chamber of Cosmetic Industry of the Philippines and the Treasurer of the ASEAN Cosmetic Association (ACA) Board of Trustees. She is also the President and CEO of Jradiance Corporation, the manufacturer of Hairreve. In academia, she serves as a Lecturer in the Environmental Science Department at Ateneo De Manila University, specializing in Environmental Pollution and Chemistry. She holds a doctorate in Chemistry from the University of Florida, with a focus on environmental applications of analytical methods.

With more than 25 years of experience in Indonesia’s cosmetics industry, Juanita has developed extensive expertise across multiple sectors, including brand development,
contract manufacturing, and the distribution of cosmetic ingredients. As the owner of companies actively operating in the cosmetics market, she brings a deep understanding of both the strategic and operational aspects of the industry.

Throughout her career, she has built a strong network of industry leaders, businesses, and stakeholders at both national and international levels. In her role at PERKOSMI, Juanita focuses on expanding market access opportunities for association members and strengthening the global competitiveness of Indonesia’s cosmetics sector. She is a strong advocate for export development, capacity building, and international collaboration, helping companies navigate global markets and unlock new growth opportunities.

Through strategic partnerships, industry engagement, and knowledge-sharing initiatives, she supports Indonesian cosmetic businesses in enhancing their capabilities, expanding their international presence, and achieving sustainable success in global markets.
